Before Contacting Support

• Frequently asked questions and instructions are available in the in-app Help (More → Help).
• All records are stored on the device. Because the operator cannot view the records, they can be recovered only from an in-app backup.

Contact by Email

Send the following information to info@t-node.jp.

• App name (Olive Notebook: Plant Journal)
• iPhone model and iOS version
• What happened and the action immediately before it happened (the contents of your records are not needed)

Because the App is developed by an individual, a response may take several days. Information received through inquiries is handled as described in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
