Before Contacting Support

• The in-app Help section (Settings tab > Help) contains common questions and instructions.
• All records are stored on the device. Because the operator cannot view the records, records can be recovered only from an in-app backup.

Contacting Support by Email

Please email info@t-node.jp with the following information.

• App name (School Prep Check)
• iPhone model and iOS version
• What happened and the action immediately before it happened (the contents of your records are not needed)
• For inquiries about purchases or restoration, first try "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. If that does not work, please contact support.

Because this App is developed independently, it may take several days to receive a response. Information provided in an inquiry is handled as described in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
