School Prep Check Terms of Use

1. Application

These Terms set forth the conditions for using School Prep Check (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to the App when obtained from the App Store.

2. Conditions of Use

The App is provided for the user's personal use.
Records in the App are stored on the device. To prepare for loss of records caused by loss or failure of the device or deletion of the App, use the in-app backup feature as needed.
You must not unlawfully modify, analyze, or redistribute the App, or use it for a purpose that violates laws or regulations or public order and morals.

3. Fees

The App provides basic features free of charge, and some features are offered through the App Store as automatically renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual). The App Store price displayed on the purchase screen is the applicable price. If a free trial is offered, its duration and the price after it ends are shown before purchase. Cancellation and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions can be managed from the device's "Settings" > "Apple Account" > "Subscriptions."

4. Disclaimers

The App assists users in organizing and checking records and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its contents. Users are responsible for final confirmation of dates, items to bring, deadlines, and other details.
The App does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
The operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App, except where caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

The operator may change the contents of the App or discontinue providing it after giving advance notice.

6. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms are changed, the changes and their effective date will be shown in the App or on the public website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the operator's location has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the App.
